August aims to ship all orders out within two business days of order placement.
August mainly uses UPS and USPS to ship both domestic and international orders.
Your shipping rate is determined by the weight and destination of the order.
If you have received a shipping notification, August is unable to make any changes to your order.
August is unable to combine orders or add items to orders.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
August sometimes undergoes periods of high order volume where shipping times can exceed the two business day window.
All U.S. orders are trackable via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
August is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdelivered orders. Please contact the mail currier you selected for shipping to help locate your package and/or file a claim.
USPS estimates to most major markets. Does not include passage through customs.
International Custom Duties are not included in the shipping fee.
International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country's government and these are not included in August's shipping fee.
August is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties the destination country imposes.
Due to the customs process, delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated.
August is not responsible for lost/damaged international orders shipped via USPS or UPS.
